Terms & Conditions

The price specified on our site including 10 hours maximum useage of vehicle, english speaking driver service, fuel and tax is valid for:
Pick-up and drop-off areas such as Denpasar Airport, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, North Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Denpasar, Sanur and main part of Ubud.
Visiting common attractions or service area as per zone basis such as:
  1. Attractions at South Bali zone (Kuta, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Tanah Lot)
  2. Attractions at Central Bali Zone I (Ubud, Tegalalang, Tegenungan Waterfall, Tirta Empul Temple, Goa Gajah Temple, Kintamani).
  3. Attraction Central Bali Zone II (Taman Ayun Temple, Jatiluwih, Botanical Garden, Ulun Danu Beratan)
  • It does not include:
    • Ticket or entrance fees
    • Road tolls
    • Lunch and other personal expenses
If you happen to visit areas categorized into remote areas or outside of common service areas such as :
  • North Bali zone (Lovina, Munduk, Gitgit, Sekumpul)
  • East Bali zone (Candidasa, Tirta Gangga, Lempuyang, Taman Ujung)
Then there will surcharge of IDR 150,000/vehicle/zone on top of the standard 10-hour pricing.
While you visit:
  • Bali's Eastern tip zone ( Tulamben, Amed) or
  • Bali's Western Tip zone (Gilimanuk, Pemuteran, Menjangan)
Then the surcharge of IDR 250,000/vehicle/zone (approx USD 14) on top of the standard 10 hours pricing will apply.
Other Surcharge will be applicable as follows:
  • Over time Surcharge:
    • Over time fees of 10% of the default price will apply per each additional hour when your trip time exceed the duration of this charter service, directly payable to the driver.
